I keep track of every appointment, specialist referral, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks. When an insurance bill doesn't look right, I'm on the phone sorting it out so you don't have to spend three hours on hold.
Meal Train & Food Coordination
I set up and manage your Meal Train, coordinate grocery or meal delivery services, and work around dietary needs and treatment schedules so there is always food in the house without you having to think about it.
Transportation Planning
I research and coordinate transportation options including scheduling rides through the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program, arranging volunteer drivers, or booking rideshare services in advance.
GoFundMe & Financial Resource Setup
I'll create and launch a GoFundMe campaign on your behalf and connect you with national and local financial assistance organizations specific to your loved one's diagnosis and circumstances.
Family Communication & Care Calendars
I set up a Care Calendar through CaringBridge or MyCancerCircle so friends and family always know how to help, what's needed, and when without it all funneling through you.
Coordinating Your Village
I create a coordination system that matches willing helpers to specific needs: rides, meals, childcare, yard work, and companionship so that generosity actually lands instead of getting lost in the chaos.
Resource Connection
I research and connect you with organizations, support groups, financial programs, and local services specific to your loved one's diagnosis, location, and situation. You don't have to spend hours searching. I bring the resources to you.
